Shipping policy

 

Allen Designs Studio ships UPS ground to all US states. Average shipping time is 5-7 days depending on your shipping location. Your state may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address. Orders for in-stock items typically ship 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed. Please take this into consideration when selecting express options.

Allen Designs ships within the United States of America excluding the regions: Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Virgin Islands.

Allen Designs ships to Canada.

Allen Designs ships replacement parts to the entire United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Pricing

Continental U.S. orders up to $49.99 will be charged a flat rate fee of $7.95 for Standard Shipping.

Continental U.S. orders over $50 will receive Free Standard Shipping.

Continental U.S. orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $26.00 for 2nd Day Shipping.

Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $37 USD. Excludes replacement parts, see below for replacement part rate. Exchange rates apply at checkout.

Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $37.00 for Standard Shipping.

Replacement Parts orders only can be shipped to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom for a flat fee of $25 USD. Exchange rates apply at checkout.
