Allen Designs accepts returns for store credit or exchange only. Replacement parts are non-refundable. We can only process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased directly through our website, allendesignsstudio.com, or for orders placed over the phone. You must contact Allen Designs before returning any items to obtain a return authorization. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Our clocks are handmade and go through an intentional antiquing process at the time of manufacturing. What may appear “damaged” is actually the imperfect, slightly eccentric details that our products are known and loved for. Allen Designs will determine if an item is damaged based on the information and a photo provided by the customer.
We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return or exchange of the product.
All returns should be sent as the item as shipped to you, in original packaging. Make sure there is an outer shipping box with fill to protect the inner product. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Ship returns to the following address:

The item must be returned in original packaging and new condition to receive full product credit. A gift certificate for store credit or an exchange will be provided once we receive the product. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return.

For damages: Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If for some reason there is damage or a defect to your item, please contact our customer care department immediately by phone at 1-630-875-5700 or by email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. You must provide a picture of the damage, as well as a description.
