Defects and Returns
Did your items arrive broken in shipment?
ALL ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of arrival to you. Please take a picture of the damaged shipping box and/or product box and broken product and include this in your email. Allen Designs will have to file a complaint with FedEx, and will need photograph proof. Thank you for your help and understanding. Please see these example photos below:

You are required to have a return authorization number from Allen Designs for any returned items.
